Return Policy: You can request returns within 15 days after delivery.

Forgot to purchase an item.

Purchased the wrong item.

I no longer want the item.

 

Requirements and Notice:

Apply cancel orders within 24 hours for a 100% refund.

Apply cancel orders OVER 24 hours for a 95% refund (5% processing fee deduction).

Reasons for Refund Request:

Lack of items.

Package damaged.

Quality issues.

 

Requirements and Notice:

Apply within 15 days after delivery.

 

Provide the Order ID, clear photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.

Return Procedure:

  1. Take a clear photo of the item.
  2. Contact customer service via service@briteneye.com.
  3. Send photos and Order ID to customer service, specifying your preferred resolution: Return, Refund, Exchange, or Resend.
  4. Customer service will provide the return address. Do not return the package to the company address on our site.
  5. Notify us of the tracking number after returning the item(s).

Notes:

  1. The package must be unopened.
  2. Items must be returned in their original packaging and show no signs of wear or use.
  3. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  4. The customer is responsible for return charges.
  5. No exchange or return on promotional or last-chance items.
  6. The customer is responsible for delivery issues due to an incorrect address.
  7. Returns are processed within 15 days of receipt.
  • Refunds are issued within 3-7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, and swimwear cannot be returned.
  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Exchanges: Currently not available, but we're working on it.
