Requirements and Notice:
Apply cancel orders within 24 hours for a 100% refund.
Apply cancel orders OVER 24 hours for a 95% refund (5% processing fee deduction).

Lack of items.
Package damaged.

Apply within 15 days after delivery.
Provide the Order ID, clear photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.

Return Procedure:
- Take a clear photo of the item.
- Contact customer service via service@briteneye.com.
- Send photos and Order ID to customer service, specifying your preferred resolution: Return, Refund, Exchange, or Resend.
- Customer service will provide the return address. Do not return the package to the company address on our site.
- Notify us of the tracking number after returning the item(s).

Notes:
- The package must be unopened.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and show no signs of wear or use.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- The customer is responsible for return charges.
- No exchange or return on promotional or last-chance items.
- The customer is responsible for delivery issues due to an incorrect address.
- Returns are processed within 15 days of receipt.
- Refunds are issued within 3-7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, and swimwear cannot be returned.
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
